Funds.ie was founded by Garth McKeown, Managing Director of Quest Recruitment, as a guidance and advisory platform for both clients and employees within the Irish Financial Services Sector and abroad. Over the last 17 years, Garth McKeown has experienced first-hand every possible aspect of change within the recruitment environment of the Irish employment market and is perfectly positioned to offer first hand advice on how best to secure mission critical employees for your organisation.  With the Irish economy at 6% unemployment in 2018 and the IFSC growing by 34%  in 2017, demand is far out stripping supply of human resources within the sector.
